Endpoint monitoring for IT teams and MSPs

Network and application performance, seen from every endpoint

A light agent on Windows, macOS and Linux measures traffic per app and per protocol, DNS, Wi-Fi and the path hop by hop on the device itself. Findings point at the cause, and alerts reach your team by email, Teams, Slack or signed webhooks. One multi-tenant console with single sign-on, over outbound HTTPS: no sensors, no inbound ports.

  • Outbound 443 only
  • One-command install

How it works

Running in minutes, without touching the network

  1. Install the agent

Copy the one-line command from the console and run it on the device, or push it from your RMM, GPO or Intune.

  2. It reports out over 443

The agent summarizes what it measures on the device and sends it out over encrypted HTTPS on port 443. Nothing listens on the device and no firewall rule changes.

  3. Find the cause

Open the device or a group in the console, follow the findings, and get alerts by email, Microsoft Teams, Slack or webhook.

Who it is for

For the team that gets the ticket

IT teams

Remote and hybrid users, branches and cloud servers. Stop guessing from a screenshot of a speed test: see what the device saw when the call dropped.

  • The health of every device on one page
  • Views per device and per group
  • Alerts on more than 50 metrics

Managed service providers

One console for all your customers, each in its own tenant, with its own administrators, single sign-on and MFA policy.

  • Multi-tenant from day one
  • Deploy from your RMM with one command
  • Move agents between tenants

Platforms

A native agent for each system

Each agent runs as a system service, updates itself with signed releases and can be managed from the console.

Windows

Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit.

Traffic, protocols, DNS, Wi-Fi, path and device health. No packet capture.

macOS

macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon.

Traffic, protocols, DNS, Wi-Fi, path and device health. Packet contents are never collected.

Linux

x86-64 with systemd: RHEL, Rocky and AlmaLinux 9+, Ubuntu 22.04+, Debian 12+.

Traffic, protocols, DNS, path and device health, without Wi-Fi. Packet contents are never collected.

Security

Made for your security review

What the agents collect, where the data lives and how it is protected, explained plainly.

Outbound only

Agents open no ports. Everything travels over TLS on 443.

Isolated tenants

Each customer’s data is kept apart on the server, not only in the interface.

Strong sign-in

SAML single sign-on per tenant, passkeys, authenticator apps and enforced MFA.

Signed commands

Agents only run commands and updates signed by the Hopix cloud.
